  • squats - 330 lbs x 5 x 3 (i complained on the final set…keith, eric & moon gave me shit until i did it)
  • bench press - 230 lbs x 5 x 3 = FAIL on 4th rep of 3rd set (means I’ll revisit bench @ 230 again on Friday)
  • curls - 80 lbs x 15 x 2 (still rehabbing shoulder & elbow)

after lift drink = 1 choco milk

aaaaand the yankees suck. we’ll see if they find the killer instinct & close it out on Wednesday

Giving it another go

so i’ve signed up to be a mentor for Team In Training for the NJ marathon (schedueld for the beginning of May)…more details to follow…

BUT how I plan to use this with that is:

  • log my training
  • log my food
  • log my brain

help me stay on track!
