last = first night back to cfv in almost 2 weeks (i know, baaaad.) but it showed! i miss interacting with my folks on tumblr (i think). it also kinda kept me honest with food & workouts (kinda sorta). let’s see if it can help now. went for a quick 3 mile run last night. had delicious STEW for dinner. rode to work this morning in sub 20 degree temps. was delightful.

Back. Running Workout 1.5 mile warm-up 5 x 800m with a 400m recovery in between each 800 1 x 1 mile hard .5 mile cool-down
