lunchtime = 4 mile run (~ 8:55/mile) and 5 burpees
4 mile run post- work
just over 3 mile run during lunch (have i mentioned how much my job job rocks?) and 4 burpees.
another challenge i’ve undertaken. a co-worker will use the shakeweight every day for 60 days and i will not shave for 60 days. day 1 is today.
2012 burpee challenge - day 3
missed day 1 = hung over
day 2 = did 3
day 3 = just finished (and i am able to do them @ work w/o getting odd looks. this job and CO are awesome!)
1st run of 2012. Approx. 4.5 miles. 2012 is the year of fit! We signed up for steamboat in june!

i miss interacting with my folks on tumblr (i think). it also kinda kept me honest with food & workouts (kinda sorta). let’s see if it can help now.
went for a quick 3 mile run last night. had delicious STEW for dinner. rode to work this morning in sub 20 degree temps. was delightful.
